Network Installation/Troubleshooting

Almost every device that we use now needs a network connection, whether it is wired or wireless.  Getting a network setup that will cover all of your needs and remain reliable can be difficult without the proper knowledge.  We do a site evaluation to determine what networking technology would be best suited to your environment, and can use this to install or troubleshoot your network.

Computer Clean-Up/Virus Removal

Computer running slow? Got a virus or malware? Our clean-up service gets your computer back to normal again. We clean out the junk, optimize your settings, and give you a full diagnostics. This service will fix your trouble 90% of the time.

Hardware Upgrades/Repair

Sometimes hardware fails, and other times you just want to give your system a boost with newer components.  No matter what the reason, we can handle any work that you need done on your system’s hardware.  We also install and service peripherals connected to your systems, like printers and scanners, to make sure that you have the tools you need to get the most out of your computer, tablet, or server.

Mobile Device Repair and Support

Tablets and smart phones have completely changed how people go about their daily business.  When you get a new device, we can help you get it setup with your apps that you might need, your email, and with the proper security to ensure your data’s safety.  Once everything is setup, we can provide a brief training session on how to use your device.  If you already have a device that is starting to have issues, we can troubleshoot the cause and get you back up running.


Data Protection/Recovery

The information on our computers or tablets is becoming more and more important as the world becomes more and more digital.  Using cloud services and local hard disks, we build a backup plan to help you ensure that your data will never be lost.  If you don’t have a backup system in place, we can also recover data from failing drives so that what is important to you isn’t lost.

Software Installation/Configuration

Unfortunately not all software is simple to install and setup.  For software that is more difficult, we can get it installed on your system for you.  Once this is complete, we can get it configured to meet your needs, and even give you some basic training on how to use it.

Terms and Conditions

Alpha Computer Support, Inc. (thereafter called “ACS”) warrants its services for 72 hours after completion of the service. ACS is unable to warrant spyware, virus or other malware-related services. if a follow-up call is necessary, ACS reserves the right, at it’s sole discretion, to determine whether the follow-up visit is covered by the warranty. If not a warranty claim, ACS will charge for all time and materials spent. The warranty specified herein is your sole remedy, and ACS is not liable for any economic or other type of loss or damages, whether due to down time of equipment, software or data damaged or lost, or as a result of the work provided. This warranty is non-transferrable , and is effective only if the equipment or services are used under normal and ordinary circumstances. The warranty becomes void if any changes are made to the system by the user or any third party, as maybe determined as the discretion of ACS. For hardware failures, where a solution can not be provided, a minimum diagnostic fee maybe substituted at ACS’s discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the services are provided “as is”, and ACS disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event ACS will be liable for any consequential, special, exemplary, incidental or indirect damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability (including negligence or strict liability), arising out, relating to, or connected with this agreement, including, without limitation, lost profits, revenue, data, or use; interrupted communications; or any defect, error, or malfunction of, the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages occurring.  A 60 minute minimum is required for all appointments. Additional time  shall be charged in 15 minute increments.
